Employee productivity services team is looking for a Service Now developer to join the team in North America. We are seeking a ServiceNow expert to help us to develop and implement the ServiceNow platform. At Client, we have different business units and our main challenge is to implement a core ServiceNow platform that will help deliver Employee Center Pro, Case Management, Chat Support, Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Service Management, Service Mapping and alerting/monitoring correlation and Program Management What you'll doWork with the product managers to analyze the requirements and provide technical solutions in ServiceNow platformDesign, develop and rollout new application modules, workflows and catalogues in ServiceNowProvide software configuration and customization that includes workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration and custom scriptingCreation and customization of the core applications such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal and Service CatalogSystem and Process Automation

Implementation experience of ServiceNow platform that includes the followingIncident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementRelease ManagementService Request Service Portal/Service Catalog and User Set upExperience in setup of Configuration ManagementCMDB and knowledge of Discovery application and CI probingUnderstanding of broader spectrum of ServiceNow capabilitiesExperience with third party integrationsServiceNow scriptingExperience in Service Watch Event Management and Performance TestingWeb Services integration (SOAP and REST)Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP).Experience in implementing systems using Agile Scrum frameworkExperience working with global teamsGood to have knowledge on following modules of ServiceNowHR Service ManagementCustomer Service ManagementIT Business ManagementLegal and FacilitiesAsset ManagementServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification would be an added advantage.
