Job Description:-Bank’s Private Wealth Management is comprised of investment management, brokerage, trust, financial planning and insurance professionals. We offer customized wealth management solutions for our clients from a wide array of services including comprehensive investment management, financial planning, estate planning, trust services, endowment management and more. Our goal is to understand our clients’ unique needs and support them throughout a lifetime of financial goals.-We are looking for a SharePoint Design contractor to assist in managing our SharePoint Online environment to enable us to design and build out additional resource locations and repositories to help our wealth managers and client service associates quickly and efficiently access the tools and processes they need to perform their job. -This SharePoint designer will partner closely with Operations, Client Services, Product Managers, content owners, and other change management leads to analyze the effectiveness of current SharePoint Online sites in order to expand and enhance these resources to meet business needs. This individual will use their SharePoint Design expertise to build, maintain, and manage the current SharePoint Online environments across the PWM organization. In addition, they will partner with content owners on design and interact with users to assess effectiveness. Responsibilities:-Work closely with the Director of Change Management and line of business partners to configure, customize and assist with building and maintaining the SharePoint systems according to company requirements.-Improve the efficiency and functionality of current SharePoint sites to ensure colleagues can easily find the information they need to their jobs.-Assess information structure and determine optimal design to best organize content for users.-Implement best practices related to SharePoint design and usage.-Design, develop and deliver solutions for existing and anticipated business needs.-Assume a primary role as the person responsible for management, development and improvement of SharePoint design for PWM. QualificationsEducation/work experience:-Previous working experience developing SharePoint sites for 3+ years.-Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, JSON, SQL Server, and Web Services.-Familiarity with MS PowerApps, Power Virtual Agent ITAAP, Chat bot Qna Maker or equivalent.-Ability to create workflow to automate processes.-Previous working experience in Change Management or Instructional Design-Experience in or working knowledge of wealth management business and financial services platforms desired. Professional skills/competencies:-An interaction focus and ability to create/ prototype design stories that articulate the desired user experience to the project team and stakeholders.-Proficient with technology and aptitude to learn new processes quickly.-Detail-oriented individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.-Hands-on, ‘roll up your sleeves’ experience.-Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills and can speak articulately with and in language appropriate for different audiences, such as front-line users (e.g., Wealth Managers), back office operations employees and technology partners.-Ability to participate and at times lead in the design, development and implementation of enterprise solutions including collaboration with other lines of business.
