Job Description:

Responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces. Familiar with development and testing practices of the bank. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements. Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); Analyzes test reports, identifies any test issues/errors; Triages the underlying cause. Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. Participates, contributes and can coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes. Individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and integrate services in large-scale distributed enterprise infrastructures (cloud, etc.). The role requires software development and application management experience. The role requires the ability to maintain and code applications including integration using BladeLogic and

Ansible. As an application manager the engineer will be the subject matter expert for an application and coordinate its development and integration activities. Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing efficiently. Enjoy working with mature and new technologies (open source, etc.). Working in a fast-paced, evolving, growing and dynamic environment. Excellent collaborator with strong communication skills.

Required Skills:
  • Full Stack (end-to-end) development experience needed.
  • The experience with gathering requirements and ability to quickly pick up new technology concepts.
  • Experience contributing to and coordinating software development projects.
  • Development experience on Java and Mulesoft.
  • Experience working with Build tools (JIRA, Bit Bucket, Git, and Jenkins).
  • Ability to work independently and within a distributed global team.
  • Self-starter with good communication skills.

Desired Skills:
  • Ability to learn mature and emerging data transformation tools including ability to write programming logic.
  • Experience with Application Management including coordinating work across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge with secure file transfer tools (SFTP and Connect Direct) and network technologies load balancing.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle and C# using .NET and shell scripting
