Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Software Engineer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in New York, NY. This is a Hybrid role. The Software Engineer consultant will help rectify security issues with the risk reporting infrastructure including the front-end UI. Responsibilities :
- Mitigating security findings for the front-end UI
- Strong Knowledge and experience of UI development. Experience with Typescript
- Strong with OOP concepts.
- Strong .Net/C# or Java development experience.
- Knowledge of design patterns and their implementation.
- Strong ability to learn existing application quickly.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge about distributed systems/cloud platform, such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, ASF.
- Knowledge of relational database programming, and experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Service Fabric
