The technology platform is used globally, with the team located across the globe. The technology stack is Java/Kotlin services using Kafka event-streaming and Cassandra databases. The role is building out functionality for the platform, covering all stages from gathering requirements, development, test, deployment to support.Essential skills:Proficiency in core Java
Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
General knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
Desired, but not essential skills:BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Kotlin, Kafka and/or Cassandra
