As a member of the Cloud Partner Engineering team, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects using your engineering expertise.

You will be the technology advocate for our partners with product and engineering teams inside Google accelerating integration projects.
In this role, you will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.
This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to leaders as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
Work closely with technology partners, and enable them to offer their technology and services on Google Cloud Platform.
Provide thought leadership for cloud developer technology inside Google and drive cross-functional programs to accelerate the adoption of Google Cloud Platform.
Develop partner solutions for Google Cloud Platform that use great architectural design and product best practices.
Manage technology programs with high levels of complexity and scope with responsibility for developing well defined milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
Become a product and industry influencer by maintaining deep technical and business knowledge of various market segments and Cloud strategies.
Minimum qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of relevant experience in software development / professional services / solution engineering / technical consulting with experience in architecting and implementing technology and solution initiatives.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based solution architectures for network providers and corporate networks.
Preferred qualifications :
Master's degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering.
Experience troubleshooting general system infrastructure. Experience with routing protocols and network troubleshooting.
Understanding of public clouds (e.g., Google Cloud Platform). Development experience using Google Cloud Platform or other cloud products.
Knowledge of private and public cloud design considerations and limitations in the areas of virtualization and global infrastructure, distributed systems, networking and load balancing.
Expertise in industry specific technologies with a history of building successful vertical solutions, especially in the network technology domain.
Excellent presentation skills.
