- Provide technical and administrative support End User environment and community.
- Support infrastructure and network operations and processes, user and server hardware, unified communications, software and mobile devices.
- Project-manage local technology implementations and coordinate/manage vendors as necessary.
- Understand, and ensure adherence to defined technology standards and procedures including Incident Management, Security, Change Management and Procurement.
- Manage and work on continuous improvement of the imaging, deployment, testing, maintenance, support, and upgrade processes of Windows and Mac user hardware and software.
