- Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
- Experience with providing APIs and enabling connectivity to other systems
- Proficient in Core Java, Spring, Java 8, Cassandra, MQ, Micro Services
- Distributed computing experience such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Experience with one or more front-development frameworks, such as React or Angular
- Experience with databases both relational (Oracle/MySQL) and non-relational (Cassandra/ Dynamo DB)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Google Kubernetes Platform, Pivotal Cloud Foundry
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Experience working within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
- Understanding of the structures that enable trading and settlement of equities, commodities, derivatives and other financial instruments
- Practical experience delivering solutions supporting trading, custody, account, collateral or settlements of financial products in one or more areas.
