Chief Administrative Office (CAO) plays a critical role in leading Citi’s Transformation initiatives, which represent the bank’s top priorities globally at an enterprise-wide level. This includes Citi’s Data Governance Plan, which is being developed to bring the bank forward to per the direction set in Citi’s Enterprise Data Strategy. The CAO Data Transformation group, in partnership with the Enterprise Chief Data Office (ECDO), will be focused on delivering against the commitments outlined in the Data Governance Plan including a governance framework, as well as multiple foundational data capabilitiesThe Strategic Investment Theme (SIT) Governance Analyst will provide support for the mobilization and operationalization of the SIT Governance Process (Strategic Investment Themes). SITs are designed to provide the multi-year vision of the firm’s top enterprise priorities. This is a highly strategic role and will require extensive partnerships with colleagues across many lines of businesses and control functions. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required given the high number of stakeholders throughout the firm. Additionally, the role requires strong project leadership and communication and presentation skills. The candidate will play a leading role on initiatives that will provide a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of many key facets of Citi’s current regulatory and transformation landscape.Responsibilities:Provide support for facilitating the quarterly refresh cycles ensuring the evergreen strategic vision

Assist in designing and generating key reports and metrics to monitor SIT portfolio of initiatives

Report on multiple data transformation projects including delivery and management level communications

Draft presentations to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication

Multi-task productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities

Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy

Identify opportunities and enhancements to the current operating model, focusing on processes

Continue solutioning and improvements in the methodology and execution such as integration with annual financial budgeting process and other existing processes

Performs other duties and functions as assigned

Qualifications:Prior work experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm or the strategy practice of a Big 4 consulting firm, covering financial services with a focus on change management and program delivery

5 -10 years’ proven experience preferred in driving results managing global and complex programs with multiple stakeholders and business functions

Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities

Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to engage with C-Suite leadership, and demystify technical intricacies in language and context relevant to a broader audience

Demonstrable leadership acumen that inspires and challenges teammates to deliver positive change in complex, heavily matrixed organizations is required. This leader must challenge boundaries and legacy processes to shape the culture of the micro and macro teams

Organizationally savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret. Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with independence of thought.

Franchise player: ability to operate both broad and deep, critical thinker, self-motivated; comfortable working with ambiguity
