We Are: Seeking aRoom Service Supervisorto perform a variety of functions to ensure wonderful service to all patients, staff, and visitors in the hospital. This is a superb leadership opportunity, come join our dynamic team and contribute innovative ideas to make a difference every day! You Will: Coordinate the functions and daily activities of the room service meal delivery team for assigned area.
Assist in orientating and training new staff members.
Provide input to the performance review process.
Respond to employee questions and provides guidance.
Inspect and ensure that all materials and equipment are in complete readiness for service.
Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service and regulatory requirements.
Monitors, records, analyzes and reports all necessary information.
You Are:
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
You Have:
4+ years of supervisory experience in hotel, food & beverage/restaurant, hospitality, retail, or healthcare space
High energy, forward-thinking, outstanding leadership, and excellent customer service orientation
Ability to develop and maintain a positive and engaging work environment
