About the Team:Finance Transformation Agile Assurance & Adoption (AAA) mission is to Assure Trusted Product for Citi Finance. As the SVP of Agile Assurance, you are a valued subject matter expert bringing insights and providing guidance on mandatory practices and constraints for Citi Finance delivery teams; so that they operate within Citi’s procedural requirements and are well positioned to meet their Large Bank regulatory requirements and respond to the Consent Order Risk & Control mandate.About the Role:The current opening is for a Senior Vice President to lead key efforts as part of the Agile Assurance & Adoption group. The objective of the role is to assure compliant solution delivery and product development in Finance. With the adoption of modern ways of working (Agile) by Citi Finance teams delivering on the consent order, your role is to develop, test, deliver and support the Agile Audit.You have extensive agile ways of working experience, as a team member, scrum master, coach, or agile project manager. You experience as are able to effectively articulate Agile mindset and practices, especially related to agile risk management. You are comfortable navigating and discriminating between legacy waterfall and agile methodologies and ways of working. You have an agile, product development mindset and are comfortable delivering experiments and MVPs that lead to process and product improvement. You become the subject matter expert on Citi Program Management Committee (CPMC), Transformation Office (TO) Policies, Standards and Procedures and Cit Finance Quality Control (QC) process; so that you can provide training on policy and regulatory-based compliance requirements. You foster and actively train and advise Citi Finance agile teams and their risk partners across lines of defense (1Lod, 2LoD and 3LoD) for the outcome of common understanding of the success criteria, artifacts and evidence substantiation in line with Citi Program Management Committee (CPMC) and Transformation Office (TO) Policies, Standards and Procedures; all towards the end of complaint agile ways of working.You help delivery and product teams evidence work completed and under way. You understand and can articulate the distinct requirements in the system of record workflows and artifacts and advise how to leverage authoritative sources and systems of operation to substantiate those requirements. Along the way you help mitigate risks, streamline processes, and identify operational inefficiencies for improvement and generate proposals and action improvement. You partner across the Finance Transformation communities, the Transformation Challenge leads, Quality Control teams in both business and technology and work closely with Internal Audit to understand evidentiary requirements so that you can help Finance teams evidence the soundness and completeness of their consent order milestones.In addition to building strong relationships and establishing a close collaborative community, you create and deliver training, create guides, checklists, templates and serve in the advisory capacity to stakeholders in Citi Finance. You are a great communicator and collaborator, as comfortable providing one-on-one and team guidance, hosting open office hours for ad hoc guidance; as you are formally presenting to large cross-functional audience, able to respond effectively to senior leadership challenge. The outcome of your work is common understanding of how to evidence compliance with critical path practices and minimum requirements for the soundness and the completeness of solution delivery in the modern ways of working (Agile): the Agile Audit .This is a high visibility role and requires incumbent to effectively manage multiple competing priorities while delivering on assurance commitments.Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business

Provide strategic thinking on how to operationalize Risk Management in Agile teams

Develop deep understanding of risk framework and governance processes, to help 1LOD / 2LOD/3LoD engage to support the mandate.

Work closely and constantly with 1Lod and 3LoD to evidence the book of work

Develop and implement communication strategy to ensure the Agile Adoption & Assurance is socialized in Citi Finance

Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues, to assuring solutions

Develop a strong understanding of Agile Adoption & Assurance practice and work on ad-hoc strategic projects for senior management.

Partner with internal teams to support on-time delivery of requirements and administration of issues and corrective actions

Assist the Business in key policy adherence, monitoring and evidencing Consent Order book of work

Qualifications:

Risk and control mindset, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management in large scale organizations

Agile mindset and experience on an Agile team

Experience delivering in a large bank with regulatory oversight

Experience working with and responding to internal audit

A strong desire to learn and improve processes, metrics and controls

Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level, diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others

Ability to handle multiple projects well at the same time

Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, meet deadlines, and produce consistent high-quality work

Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

Experience in using Jira, Confluence, Tableau experience a plus – but not required

Excellent project, process management and change management skills

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
