- The consultant is required to have 10 years' experience with Business Analysis or Testing.
- Experience interfacing with various internal IT and Business teams and external vendors.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience with Project time, cost and resource estimation along with budget tracking.
- Experience interviewing various levels of functional, technical and manager applicants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed understanding of, and experience with, ITIL processes
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 or higher
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2010 or higher
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- 6+ years' experience: MS Excel Advanced, MS PowerPoint, Power BI and Visio-Advanced
- Creating and maintaining To-Be documentation.
- Data Flow diagrams and process diagrams.
- Development of use cases and Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams for these use cases.
- The Identity and Access Management System project team is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst that can produce As-Is and To-Be swim lane process documentation, process and data flow diagrams, coordinate between various Vendors, IT and Business groups.
- The resource will be managing all Business Analysis aspects of the project and achieve the required result within timeline and budget goals.
- This resource will provide reports to Management regarding the progress of the project.
