A proactive leader with strengths in communication and collaboration. Proficient in leveraging tasked workload, team building and interpersonal skills knowledge to promote company mission objective results. Individual who will assist with IT Infrastructure management, platform administration, process improvement and advanced technical support.

Essential Duties: Assist with IT Infrastructure management, platform administration, process improvement and advanced technical supportManage multiple environments including O365, TEAMS, AZURE AD, networking and security, Citrix, Remote APPResponds to tickets and/or calls dispatched from the ITSM tool - Service NowAdvanced hands-on knowledge working with Intune, Azure ADExperience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies like Cisco MerakiProvides Executive "VIP White Glove" Support ServicesMaintain and resolve issues with complex infrastructures through monitoring and troubleshootingMaintain security, backup and redundancy strategies to reduce threat of losing sensitive information as well as apply systems updates to reduce impactDiagnoses simple problems with IT equipment and peripherals and able to resolve with minimal supervisionProvides simple routine service, supporting IT equipment and peripherals as assignedProvides basic setup and simple routine configuration of equipment and peripheralsAssists with installation and/or support of IT products and/or software. Assists with hardware and/or software relocation, changes or upgradesProvide required updates on assigned tickets in conjunction with ITSM standardsParticipates and communicates effectively with team membersDevelops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and maintains customer relationsOther Duties as assigned

Qualifications: Must be a team player; organized, self-motivated and able to prioritizeAt least 5-10 years’ experience working in a corporate environment (Finance/Investment Bank) – at least 5 years providing advanced-level Enterprise IT support for Executives/End-UsersMust have experience with AZURE, O365, Intune, Meraki, and Active DirectoryAbility to work successfully with computers and software Must have outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and managementExcellent customer service skills is required together with the ability to handle sensitive and challenging support situations with a calm and methodical approachAbility to: read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization; and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
