Project Description:Hiring for a client which seeks to build upon a foundation of niche strategies that aim to achieve low correlation to traditional and alternative asset classes with attractive and persistent risk-adjusted returns across different market cycles. They allocate capital dynamically across strategies based on the potential risk and reward, and the opportunity set for each individual investment team. Responsibilities:Ability to grasp complex problems and develop a simple yet comprehensive solution that meets or exceeds the client's expectationsAbility to explain difficult or complex problems and solutions to varying audiences which allows them to understand and works to build consensusProactively shares experiences and knowledge to help the team improve its development processes and practicesActively seeks challenging assignments, is genuinely excited by a challengeWork with Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers and testers in an Agile team environmentDevelop deep expertise in the product and be passionate about creating the absolute best customer experience for the productUsing first-hand customer information to improve products and servicesBeing flexible and responsive to the client's changing needsDocumenting deliverables/technical information in a clear and concise manner.
