Job Description
Reporting to COO and responsible for managing the sourcing of talent and administering human resources for a fast-growing supplement company.This is a senior hands-on position for an HR professional with 5+ years of experience and demonstrated skills in attracting sourcing, and onboarding talent.
Oversee all HR operations company-wide
Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
Coordinate and provide leadership in: employee/manager development, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and recognition programs
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Partner with hiring managers on all talent acquisition efforts
Use systems and tools such as an HRIS for talent planning and analyzing internal equity for marketing of positions
Manage the Company's ATS and overall recruitment process from beginning to end
Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
Conduct direct outreach activities to acquire new spokespeople for our product branch launches
Ability to engage and influence key management and business stakeholders and build trusted relationships
Foster an environment of fierce feedback and continuous development and support individuals to grow their careers
Build trusting relationships with key management and stakeholders in supported locations.
Manage employee relations, ensure the code of conduct is upheld, and act as an escalation and resolution point in employee relation disputes
Qualifications
5+ years experience as a Human Resources Professional, or similar experience in an HR role; minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
Ability to use data and metrics to continuously improve our recruiting processes, optimize for efficient and scalable solutions, and lead with an in-it-together mindset
Consistent record of developing and maintaining multiple sourcing and recruiting strategies resulting in the engagement of passive talent
Self-starting attitude and organizational skills to work autonomously, in line with our empowered working culture
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Knowledge of various interviewing methods and recruiting techniques
Experience in acquiring spokespersons a plus
