Title: Talent Insights Partner

Duration: 6 Months +(CTH)

Location: New York NY (Hybrid)

Responsibility: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing insights and recommendations related tothe effectiveness of our diversity strategy, and its impact on our employees experience.This will require expertise developing and writing queries to analyze data, performing trend analyses, and identifying data discrepancies.As we continue to bring together various people analytics data sources, you will have theopportunity to derive insights by linking and analyzing large datasets across talent management,recruiting, promotion, employee experience, compensation, etc.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree required, Master s preferredRelevant experience in People Analytics or employee related researchExcellent analytical skills - ability to analyze large datasets, detect and correct errors, interpret, and develop recommendationsExperience with VBA, R and/or other scripting languagesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience presenting in front of senior leaders (ability to transform complex analyses into a simple story)Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunitiesExtensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and Qualtrics is a plus (preferred)
