BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Tax Consultant in New York, NY 10026 We place consultants for end clients all over USA. Job Title: Tax Consultant Location: New York, NY Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension Client seeks to hire a consultant who understands the legal, tax, and economic structural details of Tax Equity financings for US renewable energy projects to help us structure and syndicate new and existing Tax Equity investments. This will include both PTC-based and ITC-based Tax Equity, using Partnership "Flips" and other Tax Equity structures for wind, solar, and other technology renewable energy projects. The consultant needs to have experience advising project sponsors and tax equity investors, and knowledge of the current Tax Equity market, including target corporate and ultra-high net worth Tax Equity investors. This assignment will also include utilizing new structural techniques to create the proper risk profiles for corporate investors looking for tax capacity monetization and structures to utilize expected changes in the tax code. Expert knowledge of Partnership Accounts and DRO impact will be needed to gain internal and external approval of the structures, and subsequent placement with Tax Equity investor About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solution and staffing firm.
