Tech PM, Infrastructure TransformationThis is a Junior to Mid-Level position. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the program manager in planning and execution of a large-scale Application transformation across Millennium’s Equities trading infrastructure. This fast moving program will look to deliver significant transformation of our applications - including improvements in release automation, messaging, telemetry and underlying OS and hardware platforms.

Principal responsibilities· Collaborate with applications owners, support and Infrastructure technology groups to develop detail application deployment and migration plans· Assist program manager in delivery of project reporting to project stakeholders/IT executives· Document and manage project related issues, risks and mitigation efforts· Coordinate with sub-project work stream leads across full project lifecycle· Support on-going service management, process improvement initiatives within Global production support organization.

Qualifications / Skills required· 4+ years work experience in a project management role in large scale infrastructure / data center migration / application transformation preferred· Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Detail orientated; demonstrate thoroughness in execution of work· Strong skills in Excel, JIRA, MS Project, Visio and standard project-management methodologies (e.g. Agile)· Able to effectively prioritize in a high pressure, change driven environment· Good team player able to build relationships across multiple dev, support and business groups· Provide regular reporting on all major workstreams/deliverables, including management of project risk/issues· Familiarity with Equities and Fixed Income trading workflows & technologies strongly encouraged· Exposure to DevOps technologies also encouraged (Jenkins, GitHub etc.)
