- Remove team impediments to ensure team delivery value
- Ensure teams adhere to Lean/Agile values, practices, tools and rules
- Work closely with Product Owner with planning, change management and product backlog
- Work closely with Development team to estimate/refine work to adhere to Agile Best Practices, and monitoring execution against iteration plan. Ensure they are leveraging standard tools
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and establish cadence
- Manage full lifecycle application development or infrastructure projects- establish scope, provide status, manage risks/issues, and participate in RFP/RFI process
- 8+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of direct experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- CSM, SSM, or PSM certification required
- SASM, CSP, SPS or other advanced certification preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Project Management and Software Delivery
