Technical BA - must know SQLMust know MS SQL database but is not a database developer. Must know how to write SQL queries

This is a windows based system that is being updated. The tech BA knows how to write SQL queries and power shell (scripting) <-keyword

UAT - work with the users to help them understand the system changes and make changes to the system based on their input.

Has been a programmer in the past.

Can do command lines in Windows

Test managementThey do manual testing (this is not a QA) role.

And all around technologist who knows about production releases and working with users Has some project management skills Has some support skills

-Tech Match:1. Familiarity and working knowledge of SQL - basic 1012. Experience with UAT methodology3. Candidate will need to know if they are IT or business4. Past experience with programming5. Knows Windows6. Comfortable in doing simple commands7. Testing – test management using computer systems8. Manual testing will suffice9. Well rounded IT candidate who is not a programmer but may know something about programming because then it shows the level the candidate can work at10. Doesn’t need a business analyst unless they know the skills well11. Be able to support applications12. Database used is MS SQL but if someone knows Oracle that works too13. Microsoft Suite Job Description:MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE :

B.S. in Computer Science or business discipline (Finance, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
Experience with financial systems, including but not limited to Treasury administration applications. < note (this is the Bank's own bank accounts)
Ability to communicate with business users, excellent oral and written communication skills
