Location: New York, NY Position Type: Full Time Who are we looking for? Looking for a Technology leader with at least 15 years of experience in envisioning, architecting and executing large scale distributed systems that support multi-billion businesses. Job Responsibilities: -Manage high-performance global teams across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia and build offshore development organizations in India/London for Global FX and Payment systems. -Functional expertise in front, middle, and back office systems including FX & Rates, Payment & Financial Messaging and Regulatory Reporting. -Deliver transformative programs with strong cost and time discipline. -Build teams centered on a culture of transparency, collaboration, innovation and collective ownership to achieve success. -Big picture thinker who is extremely detail oriented, being directly engaged at all levels of system design and development, thus helping lead a focused execution with an agile mindset. Key Skills Ask: -Lead global team of professionals across many time zones. -Led build out of MI Channel enabled SWIFT gateway, multi-instance queue managers and core services - the firm's foundational framework to meet upcoming industry payment and financial messaging transformation. -Formulate procedures and configurations to run CLS systems, from Prod and DR sites for alternate releases. -Established alternative to replace bi-annual DR test activity and effort. -Represented the company in the FPML standards committee, FX MAG and Industry Working Committees to enable the FX participants interpret Dodd Frank and EMIR regulatory rules. -Understanding of full technology stack incorporating .Net platforms/microservices/Cloud technology and associated toolsVacancy expired!
