This position will start off as remote and after Labor Day the ideal candidate must be capable of working in Midtown, Manhattan two days a week.Due to client confidentiality please call me for the salary and benefits information. The ideal Technology Trainer will focus on providing bespoke technology training on existing IT applications firm-wide. In addition, training analysis, development and delivery will be required on newly implemented IT application solutions.The Technology Trainer must have excellent communication skills and experience of adapting IT training deliverables within a fast paced evolving technology and business environment. Candidate must be willing/able to learn new systems quickly and develop end user training solutions.Responsibilities:Carry out training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps on existing IT systems implemented firm-wideDesign role-specific technology training courses on core IT systems firm-wideDesign & curate bespoke end user documentation tailored around core business requirementsDelivery end user training sessions on core IT systems firm-wideCurate e-learning content in-line with new IT system deployments and existing system functionalityDelivery new hire training on banker applicationsWork closely with business partners (bankers, Business Management, Finance, and other departments) to establish training prioritiesAssist with end user testing as part of Technology team pilotsAssist and provide "white glove” service style of training to firm's executives and partnersMaintain IT training content uploaded to internal LMS (Learning Management System)Promote and encourage participation in the implementation and use of new/existing technologiesQualifications:A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceA minimum of five years of training experienceExperience working within the financial services industry, investment banking, or similar professional services organizations.Proven experience developing e-learning initiativesA creative team player with the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levelsA proven commitment to high quality and excellenceAbility to learn new processes and translate them into achievable learning objectivesCandidate must be willing/able to learn new systems quickly and develop end user training solutionsCandidate must have knowledge on the following topics or technologies: MS Teams, Office 2016 or later, MDM, CRM tools, web conferencing tools, e-learning tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate)The interview process will include an initial telephone or Zoom screening.Please let me know your interest for this position, availability to interview and start for this position along with a copy of your recent resume or please feel free to call me at any time with any questions.
