- The analyst will provide business and analytical support to the System Manager of Office of the CIO through assigned tasks and functions related to telecommunication, carrier processing of monthly billing and reconciliation of issues for services provided to Client.
- This includes wiredline and wireless technologies and services provided through multiple vendors.
- Assignments in other business areas such as inventory management may also be tasked.
- Extensive knowledge of telecommunication carrier billing systems and processes
- Advanced/Expert Knowledge in MS Office applications with specific emphasis on Excel
- Experience/education in Finance & Accounting
- Experience reviewing Telecom contracts
- Experience with use of SAAS product for Telecom Expense Management applications
