Title: Tier 1-2 Help Desk Engineer

Location: midtown, NYC

Job type: full-time regular employee position (Exempt)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTech Support for PCs, printers and tablet/smart phones, telephone systems, cloud services, virtual desktop, etc.- Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software- Technical Operation Support- Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email- System installation dispose (hardware and data, etc.)- Documentation for technical support (User manuals, FAQ, user announcement, etc.)- Support device inventory management

REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent communication and customer interaction skills required- Punctuality and reliability are critical to this role- Positive work ethics and professionalism are required- Strong knowledge or Windows OS, MS Office and other applications, Installation/Troubleshooting SW/HW of computers- Helpdesk support experience in enterprise environment is preferred

EDUCATION
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.

EXPERIENCE
  • About 3 - 5 years’ experience of IT technical support

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
  • General office equipment including phones, fax, copier, scanner, personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Software includes the use of Windows operating system and MS Office applications.
  • LanDesk, SCCM, Polycom, Crestron and/or Windows Server 2016/2019, preferred.
