Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in instructional design or a related field; master’s degree is a plus;
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies applied to online learning content development;
- End-to-end online course development experience including needs analysis, scriptwriting, storyboarding, course creation, video editing, and LMS content management;
- 5+ years creating e-learning using Adobe Captivate or a similar authoring tool (sample of work necessary);
- Experience creating content for diverse topics ranging from technical industry concepts and software overviews to workflow and soft skills training;
- Customer focus and professionalism with excellent consulting, project management, and organizational skills, and experience working with SMEs at all levels of an organization;
- Experience with the learning management system Cornerstone
