The team consists of two key pillars: cross-product Solutions & Commercialization and Market Insights & Analytics.Reporting to the Global Head of TTS Market Insights and Analytics, the ideal candidate should possess proven Research and Analysis skills with the ability to distill trends into insights and actionable recommendations. Knowledge of Transaction Banking, its users and solutions, is very valuable to the role. Additionally, the ability to leverage a virtual network, influence stakeholders, and interact with management to drive projects towards specific and timely deliverables is critical. Furthermore, to enable the business to consume analyses and recommendations, the candidate will be responsible to own and continuously build out an intelligence platform enabling the business.Key Responsibilities:The role will have the overall accountability for this pillar across all client segments. Collaborate closely with regional Market Management counterparts to drive global and regional market insight and competitive analysis projects.

Market Assessment Research: perform proactive and thematic research across the Banking and FinTech industries to identify relevant themes and highlight competitive threats

Scan relevant competitor movements periodically and inform senior management on market dynamics

Competitive Benchmarking: lead competitive benchmarking projects with product partners and regional counterparts to understand industry positioning and recommend actionables

Market Insights: understand market positioning across global and regional markets. Identify and understand disruptive and leading edge market solutions from research papers, industry events and webinars and provide impact analysis

Deal Analysis: lead deal deep dives projects and provide insights to help senior management make informed decisions linking to future investment spend, strategic and tactical process changes.

Client Engagement: Partnering with the client-facing teams to engage with clients in workshops, client events and surveys to gather client’s feedback around priorities and solutions

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, MBA degree preferred

8 + years of relevant/banking experience

Experience operating in a global and matrixed dynamic environment including managing stakeholders from cross functional areas

Highly collaborative with an ability to work within a diverse team

Knowledge of industry players and ecosystem, as well as industry networks preferred

Strategic thinker with ability to work in a systematic manner and take ownership

Highly motivated, self-starter with aspirations to mold the role as necessary

Strong customer lens and focus, experience in senior client engagements desirable

Exceptional organization and process management ability

Superior interpretive and problem-solving skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong ability to influence and build consensus

Articulate written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think through a process to get it to the next level independently
