Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Familiarity with human subject research, and knowledge of research participant recruitment and coordination best practices. - Experience with navigating panel management tools and databases, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools. - Familiarity with survey screener programming. - Organized, detail-oriented with good time-management skills. You will be juggling multiple recruitment efforts with changing schedules and priorities. - Able to maintain professional and friendly participant and researcher relationships. You will be in constant communication with both participants and researchers and must be comfortable spending significant amounts of time on the phone coordinating research sessions. Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years experience in a research coordination role, preferably at a technology company, and preferably within the UX Research field. - Based out of the NYC area with the ability to travel to our Manhattan and eastern New Jersey research facilities. - An interest and enthusiasm for the UX Research process and methods.
