- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience and UX skills, illustrating step by step solutions to project requirements
- A portfolio that displays a clear examples of deliverables from customer journeys to detailed functional specs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the design of News or Financial Services
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and compliance
- Knowledge of Services Design and Service Mapping
- Experience with Semantic IxD
