Robert Half's reputable client is soon beginning interviews for this role!Summary:As an advanced UX Designer, you will leverage your deep understanding of research and experience design for digital products. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts and be directly responsible for decisions that form our client and advisor experiences. This is a hands-on design and team management role. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes other researchers, product designers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including trading and advice platforms.Roles and Responsibilities:- Responsible for all stages of UX design and must think strategically while executing with great attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to successfully collaborate with other designers product managers and tech engineers to develop innovative user- friendly products as well as provide solutions for critical areas within the user-flow.
- Must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles absolute comfort working with HTML and CSS excellent visual design skills great technical know-how and proven expertise in designing for the Web/Digital experiences.
- Help define the user models and user interface for new and existing products and features
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.
- Concept and develop new and engaging experiences for the user base.
- You're actively involved in defining product strategy and can define a research strategy to support it
- You love research and understand the necessity to put the user first
- You think in terms of systems and make rational design decisions
- You can create and share design direction for products based on research findings
- You are constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better
- Your team collaboration and communication skills are unparalleled
- You're passionate about user research and you place the customer's needs above your own preferences
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience in UX Design
- Digital portfolio displaying previous work
