- Help define and drive the future of BlackRock design. - In this role, you will apply your passion for design, craft, and experimentation to guide research and design strategy processes, mentor talented team members, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to create innovative experiences across all of BlackRock's Aladdin products.

- Deeply curious and highly attuned to human behavior
- 4 -5+ years of industry experience, working in UX Research on experience design or product teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences (e.g. economics, sociology, psychology, decision sciences, HCI), statistics, computer science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experienced planning and leading research activities such as interviews, group sessions, observations, and synthesis sessions
- A Master's or terminal degree in your field.
- Experience in Finance or Enterprise Tech.
- Some experience with designing and analyzing A/B experiments.
- Some experience with applied statistical analysis, data extraction (SQL), and scripting languages (Python, Lingo).
- Be a thought leader on combining user data and qualitative insights to inform the product experience.
- Build a culture around user informed design and strategy for the UX team and across the organization.
- Plan, execute, interpret, and socialize research findings.
- Evangelize best practices.
- Create actionable insights that inform product development.
- Train and mentor junior talent in UXR methods and best practices.
- Build strong collaborations across teams.
- Develop new methods and metrics development that can be replicated across the organization.
