Altar is a cocktail bar in Crown Heights, Brooklyn focused on serving innovative craft cocktails in a sophisticated setting. We are looking for an experienced bartender & server (willing to do both) to join our team.
We are currently looking for someone with availability on Sunday/Monday/Wednesday and Friday evenings, with an ability to work late night 2am close on Friday nights.
Description of what we are looking for:
At least 2 years experience in a similar cocktail bar setting
Thorough knowledge of classic cocktails
Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
Speed and ability to handle high volume
Commitment to hospitality and great service
Experience serving food
Keeps a clean work space
Personable and energetic
