Banquet Sales Associate $65K to $70K + Commissions per Function, for an exclusive Country Club in Staten Island
Work to arrange interviews with clients regarding menus, budgets, and party functions (Birthdays, Weddings, Corporate outings, etc.)
This is a (50) hour workweek
NO FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE WILL QUALIFY YOU WILL BE ELIMINATED FOR CONSIDERATION
- Coordinate with guests, waiters, the Chef, and the kitchen crew concerning setups and service
- Must have prior experience in a Hotel, Catering Facility, or Private Club where Sales Exceeded $1M + annually
- Must have experience with weddings, Bat Mitzvahs, Large Parties, and Conference Parties
- Must have references
- Must be able to maintain accurate sales records, work with CPM software, and prepare regular sales reports.
