This position requires you to do more than just making coffee as you are also expected to answer phones and book appointments!

Applicants MUST have previous barista experience.

- Properly steam milk - Latte art big plus!

Responsibilities Include:
-key holding
-Engaging customers and surpassing their needs.
-Maintaining overall store appearance/cleanliness and equipment.
-Taking multiple orders in a busy environment and ringing up sales.
-Preparing and serving coffee, cold drinks, tea, baked goods.
-Developing barista skills and helping train new hires.
-Re-stocking inventory and communicating any shop/supply needs.
-Providing high quality customer service.
