Barista/Sales Associate Floater
Amy's Bread is seeking a highly adaptable Barista to provide support across various retail locations within our company, covering for absences, and assisting with peak workloads. The ideal Barista candidate is a friendly outgoing foodie who can make recommendations and provide exceptional customer service. Are you someone who loves bread and specialty foods that are locally produced? Do you like to talk to customers and make sales? RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make well-crafted espresso drinks.
- Contribute to the achievement of our sales goals by creating a positive, delicious retail experience that combines unparalleled customer service.
- Educate customers about the products and how they may be enjoyed at home.
- Keep strong communications with the Management Team regarding store operations, sales numbers, and inventory levels.
- Food preparations (Toasting, Slicing etc.)

- Experience as a barista in a high-quality coffee establishment.
- Experience in retail food setting with proven exceptional selling skills
- A passion for food: sharing it, learning about it, talking about it, and eating it with others.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with our customers.
- Charismatic, outgoing self-starter with pride and passion for great customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Two to four years of experience in a food business or café.
- Weekends, evenings, holidays, and flexible scheduling and availability is required.
