Executive Chef for Thai Restaurant

Looking for an executive chef with creative ideas for Thai cuisine. Must be able to work independently and have great creative ideas in modern Thai cooking. Must also possess ability to organize and manage the kitchen with a deep knowledge of traditional Thai food as well. Will be given the opportunity to plan a new menu as deem fit.
