Requirements:
- 1+ years of kitchen management experiences (managing small team, training, ability to delegate tasks, menu development, ordering and communicating with suppliers)
- extensive knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine
- ability to create recipes based on owner’s lead and request
- experience in fast paced environment
- team player
- positive attitude

- must be working on the line as well
- English is a must
