JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mixing and baking sponge cakes
Following cookie dough recipes
Mixing and baking coffee cakes
Mixing tart and pie dough
Following health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean workspace, ensuring all products meet our standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience in a bakery setting, expertise in lamination and pastry preparation, proficient in using a sheeter.
Must be able to carry 50 lb. bag
