General Management Duties
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, terminating, training and supervising staff
Submitting and managing budgets for approval by ownership
Assisting in curating food, beverage and wine menus
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation & guidelines
Promotion & marketing of the business
Overseeing F&B inventory
Responsible for purchasing
Responsible for Staff Scheduling (must have previous experience with ScheduleFly & other platforms)
Handling guest inquiries and complaints with critical thinking and a positive attitude
Establishing weekly goals and target sales
Handling administration and emails
Responsible for payroll and must have previous experience
Average of 50 hours per week
Must have previous high-volume experience
Must have previous bartending experience
