New management searching for talented and capable floor manager. The restaurant Floor Manager runs the staff when the manager is not on duty. The Floor Manager will direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. The Floor Manager acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training employees properly and adhering to company policy.
The Floor Manager makes sure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing the food, stocking supplies, serving, charging people for their food, handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register, cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers and answering questions.

ï§ Teamwork: Restaurant assistant managers are part of a team. You will be working with others to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
ï§ Leadership Skills: Restaurant assistant managers will have to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions. The assistant manager will make all hiring and firing decisions for the front of the house.
ï§ Cooking Experience: Ideal fit would be back of house employee looking to make FOH transistion.
Job Requirements
ï§ College diploma preferred, preferably in hospitality industry.
ï§ NY Food Handling Certificate required.
ï§ Driver's License preferred.
ï§ Bilingual, Spanish and English.
The Floor manager job will be 5 days a week, 40-50 hours per week. Open call Monday to Friday from 12PM-5PM at the restaurant, 108-01 Northern Boulevard, Corona, NY. Ask to speak to a manager for an interview.
