Brooklyn Restaurant Group is looking for management staff for our locations.
We have 4 restaurants we are hiring for and need responsible, motivated, self starters who are amazing at communication to join our management team.
We need both FOH and BOH managers for all levels. We are looking for full time staff who will show dedication and commitment.
Pay is hourly, plus tips, with options for growth and benefits

Some Requirements/ Skills Include
-Coordinate hiring of new staff and training as needed
-Hire/Terminate staff as necessary
-Manage physical space (ie cleanliness, organization)
-Order inventory and work with other managers
-Coordinate with other managers on a weekly basis
-Implement cleaning strategies with employees
-Enforce cleaning duties
-Keep track of any projects that need to be fixed (sinks, electronics, etc)
-Come up with ideas to better improve customer service and food quality
-Supervise staff when necessary
-Resolve customer issues and complaints
-5 years restaurant experience
-NYC Food Handlers License a MUST
-Previous management experience preferred
-Ability to motivate and lead a team of dedicated restaurant professionals
-Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with both guests and staff
-Cash handling
-Familiarity with different POS systems a plus
-Schedule all staff accordingly
