-Knowledge of Wines, Beers, and Spirits with an eagerness to learn more
- A knowledge of classic and popular Cocktails
-The ability to multitask and achieve the highest customer service standards
-Be punctual, reliable, and have the ability to thrive in a team-oriented establishment
- A strong understanding of genuine hospitality
- NYC experience with serving in a high-volume setting
-working knowledge of POS systems -TOAST
-familiarity with steps of service, including the ability to open wine
-excellent communication skills and ability to assist guests in selecting food and beverages
