Assist the General Manager in all aspects of running the front of house operations including but not limited to: working the floor, scheduling, maintenance, ordering, payroll, guest service, training staff and administrative duties.

Oversee all aspects of event execution including but not limited to: running events, scheduling, maintaining event rooms and storage areas, training staff, preparing side work, sourcing specialty items and inventory of audio visual equipment, furniture and supplies.

Oversee the people, processes, and operations of all meal services. Take the lead on developing/writing new standard operating procedures, training materials and operational processes to be implemented in collaboration with the General Manager.

Take ownership in driving excellence in day-to-day operations; trains, coaches, supports managers and FOH team; focuses on problem solving/process improvement; maintains standards; recognizes and motivates managers and team.

Responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest service. Must be a role model and leader. Must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the team and their time wisely and efficiently in order to achieve maximum results. Should be able to work independently and on a team.

Responsible for maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, high level of service and leading and motivating all the FOH team. To assist in the control of all aspects of service during restaurant hours and in preparation of it, to ensure the highest standards of quality in food and drink are served.
