We are a CaliMex restaurant from two best friends in homage to afternoons skateboarding, carne asada fries, California burritos and of course, Mezcal.
We are looking for an experienced and hardworking BUSSER who takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail. A strong personality and the ability and desire to hustle is essential. Pooled house with well-trained professional staff who hold each other accountable.
A Few Other Qualifications:
Have strong culinary background with exceptional spirits & wine knowledge.
Have detailed knowledge of the classics and expert understanding of the current industry.
Must be passionate, open to constructive criticism, and available nights and weekends.
Have exceptional / personal guest service, front of the house skills & the ability and knowledge to deliver consistently excellent customer service.
Must be quick and organized.
Have strong interpersonal skills.
Have strong team-building skills.
Highly detail oriented, clean and professional.
