We are hiring Breast Imaging Tracking Specialists to support patient care in Corona, Queens. This role ensures accurate tracking and follow-up of diagnostic results.
Responsibilities:
-Track/manage breast imaging results
-Update patient records
-Support providers/patients with follow-up
-Data entry & healthcare software navigation
-Maintain HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
-HS Diploma or equivalent
-Strong computer/data entry skills
-Attention to detail
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Healthcare/PSR experience preferred
