IRI is a multi-service agency providing services, in the state of New York, such as:
Residential services
Social services
Family support services
Day habilitation services
Home and community based waiver services
Seeking the following:
Direct Support Professional- $16.60/Hr. (Driver license preferred NOT required)
Hours offered: 30-40 hours per week
Requirements
Must be covid vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated if hired
Must have open availability to work 2 at least different shifts including weekends and holidays
Direct Support Professional is responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other impairments to live as independently as possible within the community. Strong communication skills to work effectively with the people IRI supports, families, co-workers and within the community; ability to problem-solve and evidence good judgment in implementing plans of service.
