Cleaning and maintain:
HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES:
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Gather and empty trash, relocate trash on a weekly basis for pickup.
Follow procedures for safely use of cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures, (living room, restrooms, bedrooms and outside patio couches and tables).
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE DUTIES:
Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

Shop warehouse supplies and equipment: maintain in orderly fashion as instructed
UPS/FEDEX packages: Receive and distribute as instructed.
Driving duties mini van as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years experience;
Driver's license in good standing;
Must drive own car;
Fully bilingual;
Good references.
