Warehouse Associate — Lara New York
Location: 49C W 37th St, New York, NY 10018
Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Fri 945am to 530pm, occasional OT during busy seasons
Compensation: $20/hr + 1 week paid vacation
About the Role
Lara New York is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Associate to keep our dress inventory moving smoothly. You’ll pick and pack online/wholesale orders, put returns and restocks away accurately, and help keep the warehouse clean and organized.
What You’ll Do
-Pick, pack, and ship dress orders with care and accuracy
-Receive, open, inspect, and put away return boxes
-Re-rack, label, and organize inventory by style/size/color
-Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits
-Keep aisles, racks, and packing stations tidy and safe
-Help load/unload deliveries; break down boxes and manage waste
-Use handheld scanners and basic computer tools; update inventory as needed
-Partner with the showroom/retail team to fulfill rush orders
What You Bring
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills; you like systems and keeping things in order
-Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
-Comfortable using computers/handheld scanners; Shopify/ShipHero experience is a plus
-Basic English required; Spanish a plus (bilingual is great!)
-Warehouse, retail stockroom, or fulfillment experience preferred

Sobre el Puesto
Lara New York busca un Asociado de Almacén práctico y responsable para mantener nuestro inventario de vestidos en orden. Prepararás pedidos (picking y packing), recibirás devoluciones y las ubicarás correctamente, y ayudarás a mantener el almacén limpio y organizado.
Responsabilidades
Preparar, empacar y despachar pedidos con cuidado y precisión
Recibir, abrir, revisar y guardar cajas de devoluciones
Recolocar, etiquetar y organizar inventario por estilo/talla/color
Realizar conteos cíclicos y apoyar en auditorías de inventario
Mantener pasillos, racks y estaciones de empaque ordenados y seguros
Apoyar en carga/descarga de entregas; desarmar cajas y manejar desechos
Usar escáneres de mano y herramientas básicas de computadora; actualizar inventario cuando sea necesario
Colaborar con el equipo de showroom/retail para pedidos urgentes
Requisitos
Ética de trabajo fuerte, puntualidad y alta atención al detalle
Excelentes habilidades de organización; te gusta mantener sistemas y orden
Capacidad para levantar hasta 18 kg (40 lbs) y estar de pie la mayor parte del turno
Manejo básico de computadora/escáner; experiencia con Shopify/ShipHero es un plus
Inglés básico; es un plus hablar español (bilingüe, ideal)
Experiencia previa en almacén, bodega o stockroom es deseable
