Epiq Global is sourcing for a top, well regarded, AMLAW 100 firm, two experienced corporate M&A attorneys to assist them for the next 3+ months.
Suitable candidates will have 3+ years of corporate M&A experience, and ideally one candidate will have at least 6+ years of that experience. The positions will pay on an hourly basis between $65.00-$85.00 per hour, DOE.
Background/Experience Sought + Responsibilities:
General transactional experience, with a strong focus on M&A
Transactional M&A will include both buy- and sell-side mergers, acquisitions and buyouts for private equity, public company and venture capital clients
Experience with drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
Preference for experience within the technology, life sciences and healthcare and fintech/financial services industries
40+ hours per week, with some flexibility to work additional hours during peak times
Remote work with no expectation of in-office presence
Must be licensed in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) in which you are working
Start date as soon as possible
