Small boutique law firm in Southern Brooklyn is seeking a per diem, of counsel, New York admitted personal injury attorney.
Must have minimum 5 years New York legal experience, as an attorney, handling personal injury cases, from inception to trial. Must have excellent writing skills. Duties include conducting depositions, attending court appearances, preparation of motions and other pleadings/discovery requests and responding to same, legal research, dealing and negotiating with insurance companies, pre trial preparation and conducting trials.
Position is remote with occasional in person meetings with supervising attorney in Brooklyn.
