The associate will handle various legal tasks, including client management, drafting litigation documents, court appearances, motion practice and litigating cases, in collaboration with a firm partner. Must have:
Desire to develop as a practitioner in plaintiff's medical malpractice litigation
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Licensed to practice law in New York
Experience in medical malpractice (plaintiff's or defense).
